Les v\u00e9hicules t\u00e9l\u00e9command\u00e9s sous-marins civils (ROV) ou robots sous-marins sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement employ\u00e9s \u00e0 des fins de loisir, notamment pour l\u2019exploration sous-marine et la prise de vid\u00e9os.<\/p>\n

Les moteurs sous-marins doivent offrir une forte r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion caus\u00e9e par l\u2019eau de mer.<\/p>\n

Notre moteur sous-marin est un moteur sans balais \u00e0 rotor externe, dont le stator est enti\u00e8rement recouvert de r\u00e9sine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technique de moulage par encapsulation. Parall\u00e8lement, une couche protectrice est appliqu\u00e9e sur l\u2019aimant du moteur au moyen de la technologie d\u2019\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se.<\/p>\n

Th\u00e9oriquement, un robot sous-marin n\u00e9cessite au moins trois moteurs ou propulseurs pour r\u00e9aliser divers mouvements tels que la mont\u00e9e, la descente, la rotation, ainsi que les d\u00e9placements vers l\u2019avant et vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re. Les robots sous-marins classiques disposent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019au moins quatre propulseurs ou plus.<\/p>\n
