Een optische vezel-fusiespleetmachine is een hightechapparaat dat optische en elektronische technologie combineert met zeer nauwkeurige machines. Het wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor de constructie en het onderhoud van optische kabels in de optische communicatie.<\/p>\n

Hij gebruikt een laser om twee afzonderlijke optische vezels te smelten, vervolgens langzaam naar elkaar toe te duwen en ze vervolgens tot \u00e9\u00e9n enkele optische vezel te laten samensmelten.<\/p>\n

Daarom is een tandwielkast-stappenmotor met een draadspindel nodig. Een stappenmotor kan zeer nauwkeurig werken, en met een tandwielkast is de uitgangssnelheid veel lager, waardoor een langzame, zeer nauwkeurige beweging mogelijk wordt.<\/p>\n

Door de rotatiebeweging van de draadspindel kan een langzamere lineaire beweging worden gerealiseerd, zodat het brandpunt langzaam kan worden verplaatst.<\/p>\n
