Dies ist ein N20‑Gleichstrommotor mit einem 1024‑Getriebe.
Der Gleichstrommotor N20 ist ebenfalls ein bürstenbehafteter Gleichstrommotor mit einer Leerlaufdrehzahl von etwa 15.000 U/min pro Motor.
Wird der Motor an ein Getriebe angeschlossen, läuft er langsamer und liefert mehr Drehmoment.
Die Abtriebswelle dieses Motors ist eine D‑Welle; auf Wunsch kann der Kunde auch eine Gewindewelle wählen.
Getriebe sind in folgenden Übersetzungen erhältlich: 10:1, 30:1, 50:1, 100:1, 150:1, 300:1, 323:1, 483:1, 500:1, 668:1, 945:1, 1000:1; der Kunde kann die Übersetzung entsprechend seinen Anforderungen auswählen.
Bei einer Übersetzung von weniger als 600:1 kann die Getriebehöhe auf 6 mm reduziert werden (Kurzversion).
Als Ausgang kann eine D‑Welle mit einem Durchmesser von 3 mm × 2,5 mm, eine M3‑Gewindespindel oder ein anderer kundenspezifischer Wellentyp gewählt werden.

Bürsten-Gleichstrommotoren sind die am häufigsten verwendeten Motoren auf dem Markt.
Gleichstrommotoren besitzen innen Bürsten sowie positive und negative Pole (+ und -).
Die Drehzahl des Gleichstrommotors lässt sich durch unterschiedliche Übersetzungen oder mittels PWM (Pulsweitenmodulation) regeln.
Durch den Drehmomentverstärkungseffekt des Getriebes kann der Gleichstrommotor höhere Drehmomente erreichen als das ursprüngliche Drehmoment des Motors.
Er kann zudem je nach Kundenanforderungen in folgenden Positionen installiert werden:

Packaging:
Muster werden in Schaumstoffpolsterung zusammen mit einer Papierbox verpackt und per Expressversand verschickt.
Bei der Massenproduktion werden die Motoren in wellenförmigen Kartons verpackt, außen mit transparenter Folie umwickelt. (Versand per Luftfracht)
Bei Seefracht wird das Produkt auf Paletten verpackt.
