This is a 1024GB horizontal gearbox attached with a 10mm micro stepper motor.
We have different gear ratio for option, from 10:1 to 1000:1.
With higher gear ratio, motor’s output torque will be higher, and output speed will be slower.
The choice of gear ratio depends on customers want more torque, or more speed.
Here is calculation:
Output torque=single motor’s torque*gear ratio* gearbox efficiency
Output speed= single motor’s speed/gear ratio
Die Abtriebswelle kann individuell angepasst werden – entweder als D‑Welle, als Spindelwelle oder als andere Wellentypen.

Die Abtriebswelle kann zudem auf Wunsch mit einem M3‑Spindelgewinde oder in anderer Form für spezielle Projekte ausgeführt werden.
Im Allgemeinen wird der Motor oben auf dem Getriebe montiert; alternativ besteht auch die Möglichkeit, den Motor unten anzubringen.

Durchlaufzeit für die Anfertigung einer neuen Form: in der Regel etwa 45 Tage
Durchlaufzeit für die Massenproduktion: abhängig von der Bestellmenge
Muster werden in Schaumstoffpolsterung zusammen mit einer Papierbox verpackt und per Expressversand verschickt.
Bei der Massenproduktion werden die Motoren in wellenförmigen Kartons verpackt, außen mit transparenter Folie umwickelt. (Versand per Luftfracht)
Bei Seefracht wird das Produkt auf Paletten verpackt.
On samples and air shipping, we use Fedex/TNT/UPS/DHL. (5~12 days for express service)
For sea shipping, we use our shipping agent, and ship from Shanghai port. (45~70 days for sea shipping)

No, we don’t provide free samples. Customers won’t treat free samples fairly.
Customers pay for shipping cost. We will quote you shipping cost.
If you think you have cheaper/more convenient shipping method, we can use you shipping account.
We don’t have MOQ, and you can order only one piece sample.
But we recommend you to order a little bit more, just in case the motor is damaged during your testing, and you can have a back-up.
